The surrounding area is both beautiful and picturesque with plenty to see and do. The River Dordogne lies approximately 10km to the North, whilst the River Lot lies approximately 18km to the South.  We are in the middle of the Dordogne Area.  For example: Sarlat is 20 mins by car; Domme 10 mins; Gourdon 10 mins.

The area is popular for golfing, cycling, canoeing, kayaking, and walking. For the sightseers there are caves, gardens, chateaux, aquariums, shopping, and the famous "Bastide de Domme". For those of you that just want to relax away from the strains of hectic life, there are many gastronomic restaurants serving great food and excellent wines. The speciality of the region is Foie Gras.
