If you wish to make a booking, please check availability of your preferred week(s) by completing our enquiry form. We shall then forward a booking form to you which should be returned to us at the address shown with a cheque for 25% of the total rental. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of your deposit. If you prefer, you can pay by credit card. Credit card payments are taken in Euros. For July and August, have a look at our availabilty page. See the link above! |

| The balance should be forwarded to us 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday together with a security deposit cheque for £150 (210€), which will be returned to you the week following your departure, provided nothing is damaged or less any necessary deductions should the need arise. Please note we will only cash this cheque if absolutely necessary. | |
| When we have received your balance we will send you a letter of confirmation and details of how to get to Au Pré Vert. | |
| NB: Should you make a booking within 8 weeks of the commencement of your holiday, FULL payment will be due at the time of booking. | |
| In the event that you need to cancel your holiday, please notify us by telephone and then in writing. | |

| Within 4 weeks of commencement of your holiday | Full rental will be charged |
| Within 4 - 8 weeks of commencement of your holiday | 50%of total rental will be charged |
| Over 8 weeks of commencement of your holiday | Deposit only will be retained |
