Lot is a fully equipped Gîte with a lounge (with new wood burner and full size cooker), dining area, fully equipped kitchen, shower room with hand basin and WC. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, and two with two singles.

The Gîte also has a BBQ, outside table, chairs and umbrella. There is a wood burning fire downstairs and the bedrooms are equipped with electric wall heaters.

There is a TV / Video player and a DVD player.
